I got pretty beat up at Tang Soo Do last night. Bruised forearms and a shot to the nose (fortunately there was no bleeding and no permanent damage). I may need to speak to the red belts about what "Control of Power" should mean... ;)
89.5 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Heh, it is exciting and usually not dangerous. Martial arts is something I've been interested in for years but have never made much time for. I think it all ties in quite nicely, though. In order to be a better martial artist I need to lose weight and get stronger. So my choice of hobbies is helping me in my other life goals. Very holistic. :)
