I put 0.5 pounds on because I had 4 double gin and tonics yesterday ! Interesting to see the effect as overall I was still under my daily calorie intake
85.7 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
