I lost too much weight in a space of one week. This was due to inaccurate meal portions as well as negligence in monitoring my weight. I’ve purchased a food scale as well as a bathroom scale. Things will get better.
90.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 90.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
