I have not been doing visalus anymore. I can't afford it. I've joined a 90 day challenge on Facebook. My weight had gone back up to 180. Unemployment, along with sporadic underemployment and lack of sleep has contributed to gaining weight. My employment situation is a major stressor as I have a mortgage to pay. The last thing I want to do is to lose my adorable little home in a great neighborhood.

So, I'm at the weight loss thing again by changing my diet and exercising more.
