Well this first week back after a long absence was a bit of a non-starter!. I allowed myself to become distracted, but really, I just resist anyone telling me what to do...especially me, myself!! Is that weird psychology? So, pick myself up, love myself to wholeness and health this week! Current plan, devote myself to nutrition and movement.
