I think if you're just starting out or changing your routine then your weight will be up and down for a while until your body adjusts. Just be patient and consistent and results will come. Good luck.

Thanks everybody again. Just had pre diabetes meeting. So have to keep on going as blood sugars high and it is affecting my kidneys.
Just ordered some meal planner books to make me have better portion control.
