This week hasn't been as good-fam came to town and we ended up in hospital so running around to everywhere else but gym!

Goals this week:
Training x2 days
Weights x2 days
Card x4 days

Cheers to finding a time between work and hospital to get in a quickie workout... Gotta keep myself healthy too
92.0 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
