Counting calories really sucks 😕 but it's hard to argue with the results. If I can loose 5lbs a week I'll reach my goal by my birthday. Time to kick it up a notch and add in some more cardio.
68.8 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
