First day exercising again since I got sick. Felt great to be back in the bike again! I've been so exhausted from covid that I though when I hit back on the bike again it would feel like when I took it up again several months ago. so I started off easy today with just a half hour ride 7.56 miles. Felt good like I could've kept it up for another hour. Next time maybe.
93.8 kg Lost so far: 19.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Best to ease into it, so you were wise to do that. Don't want to push it too hard when you're still recovering

Happy to hear you've got your energy back! Agree with WWyo -- easy does it if you've been sick for a couple of weeks. No sense in going full-on only to injure yourself and then have to wait another 1-2 weeks to heal. You'll get it tomorrow!

Covid has been rough, with more muscle fatigue and joint pain than I've had with any other illness I can recall. But the vaccine I think did its job and kept the other symptoms milder than they would've been otherwise.
