OK, it's about a gallon of water weight, and it's going to slow down to something more sustainable, but I feel like I've reset my expectations about whether it's possible to get to where I want to be. I like how logging what I eat on this app keeps my goal front of mind and reminds me Im planning for success. And all done without feeling deprived, so I'm feeling pretty optimistic today 🙂

I want to create habits that will become my new normal, so that when the initial enthusiasm wears off a bit, I've got a routine going that supports and motivates me to keep going. I'm thinking about what I need to do to give myself the best chance of making lasting changes and keeping a food diary is really helping

I agree, keeping a log really helps me too, as do long walks and plenty of water xx

Well done, I agree that logging food and planning it ahead is a massive help, I can plan my shopping ahead, I know exactly what I need for the week and what I'll eat, it helps me to avoid over shopping or buying snacks and sweets😁 they are not on the menu now 😁

Totally agree. Although I'm better at planning than complying.
