Spent a couple hours tilling, weeding, and planting veggies yesterday. Will do Zumba in a bit. 2,000 calories and increased Net Carbs - and I'm still going down? I'm pretty surprised given that I'm about to TOM. I am bloated about a half inch, but other than that, everything is improving. Weird, weird, weird.
