Didn't feel like eating much yesterday. Had really bad body aches and a slight fever.
93.6 kg Lost so far: 19.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you all. I am feeling a bit better today but not quite back to normal.

Yesterday it was exhausting to try to do anything. Just trying to heat up a can of chicken noodle soup wore me out. And I ended up sleeping most of the day. Today though I managed to get some work done and steam some vegetables for lunch without feeling too bad. Not going to do anything too strenuous by any means though. Still wanted to take a nap all day though.

Rest as much as you need and can. Drink. Eat but don't force yourself to eat a lot. Your appetite will return as you recover.
