My weight may have gone back up two pounds, but my body mass has decreased. I am able to wear the next size down. Therefore, I will not get depressed about the increase. I am using my Fitbit tracker a lot and logging my food on that web page. Still using Fatsecret for looking up food at restaurants and until I finish current challenges.
