Turning into a proper Brit, complaining about the weather. Very humid and draining. Still, no excuses - keep on the weight management wagon.
Been an interesting week with small weight loss. Aligns nicely to my calorie deficit so recording reasonably accretes.
Swimming the Channel in pool challenge got one more week to go so looking forward to not doing the daily recording. Will start winding down (weening) dependence on FS probably at the end of the month and see how I get on.
