I tried Atkins around the end of February, 2011... had a heart problem. beginning of March, not sure if it was related but, I was not losing fast enough.. gained more and on April 15, I wieghed 200# started on HCG diet. have lost 15 pounds will continue till it is done aproximately May 30. Then I intend to follow the Fat Smash diet.
