Well, I didn't gain any weight which is good; however, I didn't lose. I'm going to really have to push myself for the next two weeks and try to lose 2 lbs. I haven't really watched or weighted my food intake or portions the last month. I need to focus.
I really need some words of encouragement from anyone out there please motivate me. My goal is to get my weight down to 160 lbs. My starting weight was 210 lbs. I'm 5'10" tall with a medium body frame. I feel that 160 lbs. would be an appropriate weight for me.
