Stopped having Almond Milk Lattes, Chocolates and bites of cake .
Eating as clean as possible.
18/6 protocal.
Lunch Spinach , Coconut Milk , Avo, Cucumber and Tumeric smoothie.
Supper stirfry and fish ❤️
Carbs at 21g
65.4 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
