Starting over, ugh....Today will be the first day of starting a healthy diet, again. Started yesterday, no pop at all. I will just be drinking plain water or water with crystal light in it and healthier food choices with smaller proportions. Never had to diet before, so this will be a learning experience. One day at a time.....
