I pigged the past 3 days. For shame! For shame! At least I admit it. Tuesday is payday and I will be grocery shopping this week and back on my home cooking. I am still in the game!!!

Just take it one day at a time. :) You can do it!! Logging everything you eat also helps. The good and the bad. Keeps you honest, and the accountability of logging it has always made me really conscious about what I was intaking. You got this. :) Best of luck to you. -J.
