Lose 13 kg? how? Okay here we go. Kemarin timbangan kita hampir 70 dan sekarang 60. So, it's always your mindset and goals. Think how it's not the problem. The problem is the Action. Let us enjoy all the process. Keep going on. Your life isn't about scale or number. Your life is about how you feel enough of what you do and what you have.
