I am not worried about little fluctuations in weight. I am just trying to stay consistent with my eating and exercise. This is a "lifestyle" change and not a quick fix. I am not going on a "temporary Atkins" run here. i am changing the way I think about food and what satisfies my hunger.

Starting the Independence day challenge tomorrow... 20 lbs. That means I have 9 weeks to do this. 184.4 to 164.4 - Bring it on!

I think everyone can lose 2 1/4 lbs per week! What that does mean is that I cannot afford to have any 4000-5000 blowout days. Also that means is that until then...

I will NOT go to pizza, chinese, or other buffets! - (That is pretty big!)
