The last few months my weight has been fluctuating. I rarely have a meal but I fill up on cany, soda and chips. everything that is bad for me. I saw the doctorbtoday and she said she never saw a person with such a defiency of vitamin D. I now have osteoporosis and have to prolong treatment because of the vitamin D. It's a new day, so here goes to my own challenge, for go yhe junk and eat plenty of veggies. I know if I do this I can loose weight. And I must walk to try to strengthen my bones .
