Saturday was a day i wanted to weight in which was 258ish, but today was my actual weekly weight in. I'm excited cause it came down from 263 a week ago. my advise go ahead and weight yourself when you feel like you need to and just remember you do carry alot of water weight at times. try to stay as close to your calorie count and watch your fat in take. I feel awesome today.
