Horray!! Today I got my 25 pound charm (for the keyring I will recieve after 6 more pounds)! I am surprised it was such a big loss. I had wanted to do more exercise but it has just been so hot... And there was a cookout.

Glad everything worked out.

129.1 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg. Still to go: 56.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 2.9 kg a Week
