For the last month I've been letting my emotions get the better of me. And today I realized just once again, I have to self love. I have to make choices that are the best for me. I have to enjoy my journey. And guess what, my focus was off food completely again today! Just loving this journey and finding new coping mechanisms with what life throws my way......truly blessed.
