Due to Ramadan Fasting (for religious purpose) I'd to make some changes in my food menu. I'm eating only two times at night. during day time, I'm fasting. Result is, my weight is stuck again. anytime I've some carb, my weight gets stuck. just hate this. I don't know what to change now. Maybe after 1 month I'll restart! Till then, I hope my weight doesn’t go up.
