2 pound loss since last weigh-in two weeks ago. Pretty happy with that given that I went on a small holiday binge a couple of times. And I'd rather lose a pound or two rather than not see any loss at all, or worse see a pound go on!
Still 19 pounds to go. Which works out at around mid September at best.
