Sunday: Short workout on Bowflex Xceed
Monday: Workout DVD "30 Minute Shred" (8lb. weights) & "4 Fast Miles" (45min.)

Today, I worked out on the Boflex Xceed; but not as long as I wanted to. Baby kept waking up and crying. :( I hope she's not teething...

**MORNING WORKOUT**
Bowflex Xceed:
-Overhead (Forward) Press 3 x 15 (100lbs. total)
-Chair Lunges 3 x 15
-Bicep Curls 3 x 10 (35lb. ea/ side)
-Hamstring Curls 3 x 15 (35lb. ea/side)
-Overhead (Backward) Press 2 x 10 (100lbs. total)
Jumping Jacks 2 x 30
Lady Pushups 1 x 20, 1 x 15
59.9 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 11.1 kg a Week
