OMG!!!😍😍😍 I haven't posted in a while because of school and I haven't been tracking what I eat.😭😭 However, I did manage to keep to the eating routine I began when I downloaded this app. 💞☺ After weighing myself for the first time in a month, I not only met my weight loss goal but surpassed it. 😭
From 61 kgs to 54 kgs, I have learnt to listen to my body. If I had days in which I wanted nacho fries from Burger King, I got those damn fries!!!🤣 However, since I put my body on a 16/8 eating routine and watched my food portions every other day, my body never needed to overdo it.💞
I am so happy with the results😭 Good habits really make all the difference. If you can maintain a regime for a month or 2, it becomes a lifestyle.💖
Now to just maintain...🥲
