Went on a mini vacation (Left Sunday and got back some time between 10:30 and 11:00 p.m. last night). Needless to say, I didn't eat as well as I would have liked, and I didn't get any workouts in. Gained 4 lbs. in the process. Bummer. Worked out a little this morning, but I may skip a workout tonight and go to bed early. I'm pooped. It was a long 9 hour drive with 3 kids under 6. Sorry scale. Don't hate me in the morning!
