Ugggh. Gained a pound. Trying not to let it get the better of me and focusing on getting back on track.

The past week has involved a lot of travel and I'm not very good at picking the healthy option when eating out.

56.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week


Comments 
One pound can be as simple as a water weight fluctuation. Drink lots of water and eat unprocessed foods, I bet it will be gone in no time. :)
