aku jg tb 156 bb 52 lg pgn turunin lg ke 50kg, makan di kalori 1300an, tiap pagi hiit pilates 30 menit lanjut jalan kaki 10rb langkah seminggu 4-5kali dikit2 koma nya turun alhamdulillah, sambil defkal ya..aktivitas banyakin aja..
