Did some very heavy lifting this week.Also did a bit more eating too.Not surprised I gained the last two weigh ins.
114.8 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week


Comments 
Heavy lifts often bring swelling and enhanced glycogen and therefore water storage. I wouldn't worry about it.
