went to an all inclusive for 12 days. waited until 5 days after my return to weigh myself, and I am VERY happy as I managed to not gain too much
I made the best choices possible I only drank alcohol AFTER I finished my water I walked/ran 5K every day I went to the gym at the resort 2x, did step x1 on the beach and zumba in the pool x1
first week back has been tough on the routine as well with my son returning to college (needing a ride) and 2 employee leaving but I'm working through it, and I will be back on track soon!
