30 pounds gone! 15 to go! I haven't been this weight for at least 8 years, and more realistically probably 10+ years.
The weight seems to be coming off a lot quicker now that I've started adding some exercise into my lifestyle. I really don't have enough data points to back up that statement, but I'm feeling very good about it.
I was able to finish an outdoor project yesterday, that I've been unable to accomplish is years. I am definitely feeling an increase in energy and endurance.
