I’ve found a way to stay at constant weight through pairing non fat Greek yogurt with natural peanut butter fresh fruit and granola it’s filling and takes care of my sugar tooth
68.1 kg Lost so far: 24.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
