Got to spend an hour and a half riding yesterday. I wound up leaving late from the barn and got home after dark and killed my challenge by grabbing Chick-fil-a. Also forgot to update my challenge last night and don't see a way to enter the numbers for yesterday today. I tried last night from bed from my phone but it looks like it's not a feature on the iOS or I couldn't find it. Today I'm going for a massage to try and deal with some issues with trigger points in my back.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
