Hi all! I’m new to the app and looking for community. I got on the scale this morning and I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been. And I FEEL it.
77.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hopeful - I’ve been doing FatSecret for a short while, but for some reason I’m starting to pick up weight. I’ve been trying different foods to see what I can eat, but. Also keep my sugar down. Seems like it gets higher and higher. I feel flustered because I really have been trying to eat salads and baked chicken at every meal. But I want real food and anything I put in my mouth my sugar sky rockets. Any suggestions on what to do?

I wish I had some helpful advice! It’s hard to begin with and plateaus are even more discouraging. Do you mean your blood sugar? That seems like something that would need a doctor or nutritionist.
