So...this is my doctor's estimate of my weight, since my rheumatologist weighs patients in with clothing on. But it was pretty encouraging. Let's hope I don't have to "recant" when I next weigh in at Curves. But my enthusiasm for posting a weight below 180 probably is overcoming my better judgment. Just as encouraging, my blood pressure came in at 118/76 -- still a little high on the bottom number, but considering I was at the doctor in excruciating pain from a foot problem, blood pressure that low is a real achievement. Let's hope I'm really over that 180 plateau!
