Did NOT meet my goal this weekend; which was to not go above 133lbs. I weighed in today and was 136.5. (From finally making it down to 132lbs. by Friday). Not pleased. :( Managed to do two workouts today though.

**MORNING WORKOUT**
Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred" (5lb. & 8lb. free weights)
Oblique Twists 2 x 15 (using 10lb. total)

**EVENING WORKOUT**
Treadmill:
Time: 44min.
Incl: 6.5 all the way through
Spd.: 2, 3, 3.5, 3.7 mph
Dist: 9.6 laps (2.4 miles)
Burned:
Calories: 404
Fat Cals: 126

Scissor Crunches 2 x 25 (no weights)
61.9 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 4.2 kg a Week
