Building myself back up to eat mini meals all throughout the day. I got a plan to blow out the rest of these last 7 pounds. Yesterday was my first time back at the gym. It felt really good. Trying not to put too much pressure on myself. Really excited about being with my whole family n bestfriend for an event. Keep reminding myself that I don't have to eat any cake if I don't want to and I don't have to eat a whole lot either. I know they are going to be wondering why but I have to stay disciplined.
