I think my biggest struggle is working in a kitchen when you’re around food and smell food for 7-8 hours a day.You really have to learn will power.Also as you lose weight some times you get to a stand still.I’ve learned to adapt to a “roll with it attitude “.It can be as simple as you aren’t drinking enough water or not enough sleep,sometimes need more fiber.They have a carb counter that you can customize your fats,carbs,proteins called Carb manager.Fastic for anyone who fast .It has various times ,educational info and recipes.I think knowledge is power.That we all have different bodies and health issues or not.So one plan might not work for everyone.I know I still have that mountain to climb to reach my goal .So I pace my self and know once I get there it’s not the end I’m going to stay to cheer on everyone else so we can all hold that sign saying you can do it.
