I had a "Carb attack" day where I craved carbs all day long. Fortunately I was able to "stop the bleeding" and only went 400 calories over. Watch out for crackers (those pretzel things). Bread in any form is a real "red flag". I still lost weight because my "spike" yesterday was temporary and i was so consistent last week. I am travelling to TN today so now is the time for me to really try to get it together.
