Totally forgot to weigh in and log on yesterday, 1st day of this week’s challenge! I gained 5 lbs back of my 13 lb weight loss from doing Whole30 for the month. I added wine, dairy, bread and chocolate on different days but each thing gave me insight into my food sensitivities. I KNOW I will be gluten free from now on and that wine and cheese will be only occasional indulgences. I’m on day one of the next 30 days, eliminating alcohol, bread, dairy and sugar. Yesterday my brother had a heart attack, ended up in intensive care. My attention to my eating and logging in went out the window. He is stable now, we didn’t lose him but it showed me what is really Important to me. I want to be really fit and well into my old age, I ‘m 71 now but want to be the most active granny on the block. I don’t want my kids to worry about me. I will carry on being accountable with all of you on this journey with me. I will be mindful of my food and activity. I will treat myself with care. Promise!
