昨天晚餐:蘿蔔糕,雞湯,蔥爆蝦,龍鬚菜,鳳梨酥,餅乾。 今日午餐:稀飯,辣蘿蔔,香腸,花椰菜,茭白筍,鳳梨酥,餅乾。 下午茶:餅乾+茶 晚餐:雞湯,高麗菜,青椒,紅蘿蔔,滷雞腿。 今天晚餐比較晚,因為還是有在執行168,晚上8點後不吃,所以餐後沒吃餅乾。 正餐比較清淡簡單了,但零食還很多.............
