昨天在大阿姨家吃了將近3碗的米粉湯,和一碗佛跳牆,以及2片曲奇餅乾,今天一樣上完大號量體重,居然還減了0.1kg!!太開心了~😊😊😊(今天繼續實行減肥計畫👍👍👍
