I thought I wanted to drop to 185lbs
But as I saw myself at this weight I feel good
Maybe go down to 190 but I’m going to keep working out hard and try to maintain at this wright
88.4 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
