Finally! The end of Whole30 first 30 days! Weighloss 14 lbs. I tried one 2oz glass of wine tonight. I did not particularly want any but decided that would be first thing to reintroduce. I can feel the sugar buzz and don’t like the feel in my stomach. So I have decided to drink wine or alcohol only on special occasions and only with other people, never home alone. Going to stick to Whole30 and next add cheese in a few days.
