Studied most of the day today... very little physical exercise. Light gardening for less than an hour. Do you suppose hard mental exercise burns any calories? I wish!

I wish!!!! I love to read and quilt, and if that burned calories, I'd be super skinny, haha. Your starting weight and goal weight are about the same as mine. I restarted in March. Good luck and congratulations on your loss!
