Day 29, Whole30. One day to go but pretty sure I will eat like this from now on. Occasionally have a glass of wine, cheese and crackers, just not every day. Avoid sugar and gluten since it seems most of my inflammation is gone. Weigh-in tomorrow for the conclusion. Looking forward to ‘trying’ my first glass of wine in a month 🍷😁
